1. ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or South African public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation with your order details and a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

We deliver to all major cities and towns across South Africa including Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria, Port Elizabeth, Bloemfontein, and surrounding areas.

Note: Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

3. SHIPMENT TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. If you have not received a tracking number within 3 business days, please contact us via WhatsApp or email.

4. INCORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and correct at the time of ordering. PluggedIn SA is not responsible for parcels lost or delayed due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

5. DAMAGED OR LOST PARCELS
If your parcel arrives damaged, take photos immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. In the event a parcel is confirmed lost by the courier, we will reship your order or issue a full refund after investigation and necessary measures.

6. DELAYED DELIVERIES
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, check your tracking link. If the parcel has not moved in more than 5 business days, contact our support team.

7. CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES
For orders shipped from international suppliers, your parcel may be subject to customs inspection. PluggedIn SA is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes imposed by South African customs authorities.
